2024 ANA-OH Jeri Milstead Policy Symposium and Annual Meeting - Exhibitor and Sponsor Opportunities

ANA-Ohio invites companies and organizations to reach over 200 nurses and nursing students at our conference and thousands of nurses from across the state on our website. We offer a range of sponsorship opportunities for the 2024 annual meeting and will work with you to customize a sponsorship opportunity that aligns with your company goals and objectives to give you and the attendees the maximum return on your investment.

Sponsorship Opportunities:

Bronze:$250

• Logo and/or company name on the ANA-Ohio website

• Recognition on the Annual Meeting website

• Recognition on all printed materials including the meeting

• Signage recognition during the meeting

Silver:  $500

• All Bronze Sponsor level benefits
• Increased size logo on all printed materials
• Recognition on all electronic materials
  
  Gold:  $1,500
• All Silver Sponsor level benefits
• Largest size logo on printed materials
• Logo placed on meal location signage
• Opportunity to interact with attendees during the meal
• Meal Sponsorship is available at this level for an added fee
  
  Keynote Speaker Sponsorship: one available - $2,500
• All Gold Sponsor level benefits
• The organization will be acknowledged during the introduction of the keynote speaker

Platinum:  $5,000

• All Gold Sponsor level benefits
• 8 ½ x 11 double-sided flyer (sponsor must provide copies for distribution)
• OR a promotional item to be included in the meeting welcome bag

Additional Sponsorships:

Logo/Name Website Sponsorship:  $200

• Receives logo and/or name on the ANA-Ohio website

Welcome Bags: one available - $1,000

• Provide welcome bags (at Sponsors’ expense) to all meeting attendees. Option to provide swag in the meeting bag.
• Sponsor recognition during the meeting
• Sponsor logo/name on either front or back of meeting swag bag.

Break: two available SOLD OUT - $500

• Signage noting company sponsorship of refreshments provided to attendees throughout the meeting
• Sponsor recognition during the meeting

Exhibit Table:  20 available - $500 each

• 6 ft skirted exhibit table, 2 chairs, wastebasket provided
• Exhibit Hours: Friday,

Flyer and/or promotional item in Meeting Registrant Materials- $500

• 8 ½ x 11 double-sided flyer (sponsor must provide copies for distribution) or a promotional item to be included in the meeting welcome bag

Lanyard Sponsor – one available - $1,000

• Logo on the lanyard
• Sponsor recognition during the meeting
• Logo and/or name on the ANA-Ohio website

Mobile App Sponsor – one available - $1,500

• As a sponsor of the event platform, your company logo will appear as the main banner within the mobile app which is accessible to all attendees with their personalized schedules and all meeting details
• Signage recognition in the refreshment area
• Special table favors (Swag Item) to give to the attendees in the meeting bag (At Sponsors’ expense)
•   Sponsor recognition during the meeting
•    Logo and/or name on the ANA-Ohio website

Exhibit Hall Cocktail Hour: one available - $5,000

• Cocktails and appetizers provided in the exhibit hall on Friday evening only 5-6 PM
• Sponsor recognition during the meeting

Cancellation:

Since benefits can be realized without any representatives in actual attendance, no refunds will be given to organizations who opt to cancel. If ANA-Ohio finds it necessary to cancel or reschedule this event, each prepaid sponsor/exhibitor can opt to receive a full refund or move their sponsorship to the rescheduled event. ANA-Ohio is not responsible for any other costs incurred by sponsors or exhibitors in connection with the meeting.
