Members of the General Assembly have been spending the past few weeks taking a break from the statehouse after finishing work in early July on the state's biennial budget. The lull does not mean all activity has ceased, however. Several new bills were introduced, and state exclusive branch agencies have continued to propose administrative rule changes, including the Board of Nursing.
